摘要
限速安全阀为天车型被动波浪补偿装置核心部件。文章通过对限速安全阀组成和原理的分析,采用AMEsim建立仿真模型,并从压力敏感阀及主阀结构参数入手,对限速安全阀动态性能进行仿真研究。结果表明压力敏感阀通径大小,以及主阀芯阈值大小对限速安全阀动态性能具有较大影响。
The speed-limited shut off valve is the key component of the crown block passive heave compensation device. The structure and principle of the shut-off valve are analyzed in the study. The AMEsim simulation model is established. According to the structure parameters of the pressure sensitive valve and main valve, the simulation research of the dynamic performance is taken. It indicates that there is great influence for the diameter of the pressure sensitive valve and threshold value of the main valve.
