摘要
目的探讨北京市春季变应性结膜炎门急诊量与空气污染特性的相关性。方法于北京市环境保护监测中心收集2016年3~5月及2017年3~5月北京市日均空气污染状态主要指标,具体包括:空气质量指数(AQI)、颗粒物(PM2. 5、PM10)、SO_2、NO_2、O_3的浓度,并通过北京协和医院HIS系统,以"变应性结膜炎"为搜索项,在此期间就诊于北京协和医院眼科门诊、急诊的患者中查找并统计符合该诊断的患者人数。结果 2016年北京市春季随着SO_2日均浓度增高,变应性结膜炎患者增加,二者呈正相关。2017年北京市春季随着AQI、PM2. 5日均浓度增高,变应性结膜炎患者增加,二者呈正相关。结论空气污染可能增加变应性结膜炎发生的危险性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between allergic conjunctivitis and air pollution characteristic in outpatients and emergency patients. Methods We collected the data of daily air pollution key indicators recorded from March to May in 2016 and 2017 in the Beijing environmental protection monitoring center, including: air quality index (AQI), particulate matter (PM 2.5 and PM 10), SO2, NO2 and O3 concentrations. Data of outpatients and emergency visits of allergic conjunctivitis were obtained from the HIS system in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, with "allergic conjunctivitis" as the search item. Results In the spring of 2016, the daily average concentration of SO2 in Beijing increased, and the number of patients with allergic conjunctivitis increased, and the two were positively correlated, while the same trend appeared again in 2017 following the daily concentration of AQI, PM2.5 instead of SO2. Conclusions The air pollution may increase the occurrence of allergic conjunctivitis.
