摘要
基于用户自我管理模式,解决书籍乱架与借阅困难的问题,引导用户无意识错放行为,改善图书借阅环境。运用了用户体验的分析方法,调研国内外图书借阅现状,剖析了图书借阅难的问题,设计了软硬件产品,提出了用户管理模式在图书借阅中用户体验驱动下的借阅框架,进而研究了自我管理模式的用户行为心理分析的调研方法,以及图书馆中的用户体验优化方法。研究结果表明了用户自我管理模式在图书借阅应用的可行性,并为关注用户情感化体验,提供了理论基础和设计方向。在自我管理模式下,满足用户体验的需求,并解决相应的借书难问题,降低人工成本,并近一步为图书设计借阅体验设计进行了探索,提供了有效实用的理论与方法。
The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of book-hacking andborrowing difficulties based on the self-management mode of users to guide theusers to act in the wrong way and to improve the borrowing environment of books. Theanalysis method of user experience was selected to investigates the present situationof book borrowing at home and abroad, analyzes the problem of book borrowingdif?culty, designs software and hardware products, puts forward the borrow frame ofuser management mode driven by user experience in book borrowing, and studiesSelf-management model of user behavior analysis with psychological researchmethods, as well as the library user experience optimization methods. The resultsshow that the user’ s self-management model in the book loan application feasibility,also, provides the theoretical basis and design direction for the user’ s experience ofemotional experience. The conclusion of self-management mode meets the needsof the user’ s experience, solves the corresponding problems of borrowing books,reduces the labor costs, and explores the next-step book design lending experience.It provides effective theories and practical methods.
