摘要
高校创新思维人才培养既是我国经济发展的迫切需求,也是我国素质教育的重要内容。文章阐述了创新思维概念、特征及高校创新思维人才培养的内涵,通过对16所高职院校创新思维人才培养的调查,发现了大学生创新思维培养自我认知特点,梳理分析了高校创新思维人才培养经过多年发展后仍存在的问题,最后从高校管理体制、课堂教学改革、实训条件建设、文化环境营造、师资配置优化等环节探讨了高校创新思维人才培养的有效策略。
Cultivation of innovative thinking talents in Colleges and Universities is an urgent need for China's economic development, but also an important part of China's quality education. This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of innovative thinking and the connotation of Cultivation of innovative thinking talents in Colleges and Universities. Through the investigation on the cultivation of innovative thinking talents in 16 Higher Vocational Colleges, the paper finds out the characteristics of self cognition of college students' cultivation of innovative thinking, analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative thinking talents after years of development in Colleges and universities. Finally this paper discusses the effective strategies for the cultivation of innovative thinking talents in Colleges and universities from the aspects of the management system, the reform of the classroom teaching, the construction of the training conditions, the construction of the cultural environment and the optimization of the configuration of the teachers.
