摘要
目前,煤矿企业图书馆仍以传统纸质书屋为主,在书籍数量和种类上有一定局限性。以平宝公司为例,结合"互联网+"模式,搭建职工电子书屋平台,并构建平宝文化专栏,同时将馆藏纸质图书数字化,从而打破传统书屋的时空限制,实现了职工随时随地阅读,同时也宣传了煤矿企业文化和职工文化,具有一定的现实意义。
