摘要
图书馆联盟是面向未来发展的理性选择,引起图书馆界的普遍关注。由于联盟建设受成员馆联盟观念、联盟管理和联盟环境等因素影响较大,制约联盟建设的深入发展。文章以核心竞争力为主线、可持续发展为目标,进而阐述构建联盟深度联合的制约因素和构建策略,以期为图书馆联盟的可持续发展起借鉴作用。
Library consortium is a rational choice to the development of the future, which has attracted a lot of attention from library academic. Library consortium which is affected greatly by the idea, management and environment of every library in the consortium has restricted the development of the consortium. This paper, whose paramount is core competitiveness and aimed at sustainable development, proposes the restricting factors and construction strategy to build depth of the joint. I expected that it can be used for library consortium＇s scstainable development.
