SJ集团提升企业员工培训效果的重要举措

摘要 企业通常把培训当作治疗"企业病"的良药,但投入大量人财物力后却发现解决不了现实问题,培训效果很不理想。如何提高企业培训效果,SJ集团的做法给我们带来了良好启示。
