摘要
目的分析美沙拉嗪联合中药汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法以2017年1—12月为病例选取时间,方便选取96例溃疡性结肠炎患者,在患者知情同意下,随机分为参照组、研究组,各48例,分别予以美沙拉嗪、美沙拉嗪联合中药汤剂治疗,对比效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者IL-8(0.37±0.12)ng/mL、TNF-α(121.04±15.64)ng/mL、hs-CRP(2.41±0.85)mg/mL均明显低于参照组的(0.63±0.19)ng/mL、(183.92±17.58)ng/mL、(4.59±1.04)mg/mL,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=8.016、18.514、11.245,P<0.001);且研究组患者腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、发热消失时间均明显低于参照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=12.582、11.017、10.761、16.303,P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为91.67%(44/48),明显高于参照组的72.92%(35/48),数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.790,P=0.016<0.05),。结论美沙拉嗪联合中药汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎可有效减轻炎症反应,缩短临床症状缓解时间,优化临床治疗效果,可于临床当中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mesalazine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods From January to December 2017, the patients were convenient enrolled in this study. 96 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group, 48 cases each, respectively. Mesalazine and mesalazine combined Chinese herbal decoction treatment was given, the effect was compared. Results After treatment, IL-8 （0.37±0.12）ng/mL, TNF-α （121.04±15.64）ng/mL and hs-CRP （2.41±0.85）mg/mL were significantly lower in the study group than in the reference group （0.63±0.19）ng/mL, （183.92±17.58）ng/mL, （4.59±1.04）mg/mL, the difference was significant （t=8.016, 18.514, 11.245, P〈0.001）; and the study group of patients＂ abdominal pain, diarrhea, pus and bloody stools and fever disappeared significantly lower than the reference group, the difference was significant（t = 12.82, 11.017, 10.761, 16.303, P〈0.05）; the study group patients＂ treatment efficiency was 91.67% （44/48）, which was significantly higher than 72.92% （35/48） of the reference group, the difference was significant （X^2=5.790, P=0.016〈0.05）, Conclusion Mesalazine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can effectively reduce inflammation, shorten the time of clinical symptom relief, optimize clinical treatment effect, and promote it in clinical practice.
