摘要
目的:探讨养血祛风汤联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗血虚风燥型老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的血虚风燥型皮肤瘙痒症患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组患者均给予炉甘石洗剂外涂患处,对照组加服润燥止痒胶囊,观察组于对照组基础上口服养血祛风汤。观察两组患者治疗后中医症候积分、患者生活质量和临床疗效方面的差异。结果:两组患者治疗后,于中医症候积分、患者生活质量方面的改善程度明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效水平方面观察组总有效率97.8%(44/45)显著高于对照组的91.1%(41/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血祛风汤联合润燥止痒胶囊具有养血活血、祛风止痒之功效,治疗老年血虚风燥型皮肤瘙痒症疗效确切,效果显著,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yangxue Qufeng Capsule combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule in the treatment of senile pruritus of blood deficiency and wind dryness pattern. Methods： 90 cases of pruritus were randomly divided into the control group（ n =45） and the observation group（ n =45）. The two groups were treated with calamine lotion; on which basis, the control group was also treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule; the observation group was also given Yangxue Qufeng Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The TCM syndrome integral, the life quality of the patients, and the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were observed in the two groups. Results： TCM syndrome integral and life quality of the patients were significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups（ P 〈0.05）; the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%（44/45）, which was significantly higher than 91.1%（41/45） of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yangxue Qufeng Decoction combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule has the effect of nourishing and activating blood, as well as expelling wind and relieving itching. It is effective for the treatment of senile pruritus of blood deficiency and wind dryness pattern, and for the curative effect of skin diseases, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
