摘要
文章对国内学者的相关研究进行梳理,以我国公立医院薪酬分配制度的发展现状为研究对象,通过文献分析(定量)和内容描述(定性)相结合的方法,对我国公立医院薪酬分配现存的绩效考核不完善、薪酬分配总额受限、薪酬分配模式单一、分配不公平等问题进行分析并提出针对性的改进措施,为以后的研究提供更加清晰的思路。
By the qualitative analysis of the quantitative and content description of the literature, thepresent situation of the development of the salary distribution system in public hospitals in China is taken as theresearch object. Then, we analyze the existing problems of the imperfect performance appraisal in China'spublic hospitals, such as restricted total salary distribution, single mode of salary distribution pattern, unfairdistribution and so on. Furthermore, we put forward improvement measures accordingly. This article teases outthe relevant research of domestic scholars, and provides a clearer idea for future research.
