摘要
为评价抗车辙剂对AC-20型沥青混合料路用性能的影响效果,对基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、基质沥青+0.2%抗车辙剂、SBS改性沥青+0.2%抗车辙剂四种AC-20型沥青混合料进行车辙试验、水稳定性试验、冻融劈裂试验和低温弯曲试验。试验结果表明:抗车辙剂能有效提高AC-20型沥青混合料的高温、低温与水稳定性,且与SBS改性沥青一起使用时,以上各项路用性能均达到最佳。与SBS改性沥青相比,抗车辙剂对AC-20型沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力和水稳定性改善效果更明显,而SBS改性沥青对AC-20型沥青混合料的低温抗裂性改善效果更好。
In order to evaluate the effect of anti rutting agent on the road performance of AC-20 asphalt mixture,four kinds of AC-20 asphalt mixtures including matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,matrix asphalt+0.2% rutting agent,SBS modified asphalt+0.2% rutting agent were tested by rut test,water stability test,freeze-thaw splitting test and low temperature bending test. The results show that rutting agent can effectively improve the high temperature stability,low temperature stability and water stability of AC-20 asphalt mixture,and the above road performance is the best when it was used with SBS modified asphalt together. Compared with SBS modified asphalt,anti-rutting agent has better effect on rutting resistance and water stability of AC-20 asphalt mixture, while SBS modified asphalt has better effect on low temperature cracking resistance of AC-20 asphalt mixture.
