摘要
阀岛是随着工业生产集成化和模块化需求而发展起来的,它大大简化了现场电气布线和安装;现场总线则实现了工厂现场设备的数字化,是实现智能化工厂的基石。现场总线阀岛则完美地融合和发挥了两者的优势。本文对现场总线阀岛在火力发电厂除灰系统中的应用进行论述,提出了完整的设计方案,并进行了实际工程应用和验证。
Valve terminal was developed based on the requirement integration and modulization in industry automation. It extremely simplified the field electric wiring and installation. Fieldbus technology realized the facility field equipment intelligent and built the foundation stone of smart plant. Combination of valve terminal and fieldbus technology showed perfectly the advantages of both. Based on engineering practice, this paper explained the detail engineering proposal and issues of fieldbus valve terminal application in the fossil fuel power plants ash handling, and verified in actual project application.
