摘要
目的对影响医患关系的医方因素及对策进行研究。方法针对四川省7个市/县共17家医院2016年1月~2017年1月的医患关系状况,从医方、患方和社会方三方面因素层面出发,对1400例人员开展问卷调查,问卷内容围绕医患关系现状以及导致医患关系紧张的医方因素、解决对策等。结果 1400例调查人员中,约36.2%认为医患关系相对较好。且医方、患方与社会方三方面对医患关系现状认识存在一定差异(P<0.05);其次,公立医院公益性淡化导致不同程度过度医疗问题存在、医疗服务中细节服务精神缺失、法律意识不强导致风险规避能力较低等是造成医患关系紧张的主要医方因素。结论加强医务人员思想道德与责任意识培养,强化依法行医观念,注重细节服务,有利于避免医方因素导致的医患关系紧张问题发生。
Objective To study the medical factors that affect the relationship between doctors and patients and the countermeasures. Methods According to the current situation of doctor-patient relationship from January 2016 to January 2017 in 17 hospitals in 7 cities/counties in Sichuan Province, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1400 people from the perspectives of doctors, patients and society. The questionnaire focused on the status of doctor-patient relationship and medical factors that lead to tension between doctors and patients, solutions to problems, etc. Results Of the 1400 investigators, approximately 36.2% believed that the doctor-patient relationship was relatively better. Moreover, doctors, patients and the society had different understandings of the status quo of doctor-patient relationship(P〈0.05). Secondly, the public welfare declining of public hospitals leading to different levels of over-medical problems, lack of detailed service spirit in medical services, and lack of legal awareness leading to low risk aversion were the main medical factors those caused tension between doctors and patients. Conclusion Strengthening the cultivation of moral and responsibility awareness of medical staff, strengthening the concept of practicing medicine according to law, and paying attention to detailed services is conducive to avoiding the problem of tension between doctors and patients caused by medical factors.
