摘要
目的研究医生执业环境对医患关系中医方因素的影响。方法采用自行编制的问卷,在某市四家医院中对医生进行调查,共收回问卷437份,并采用spearman相关分析,卡方检验,logistic回归等对数据进行统计分析。结果医生执业环境中的工作安排、收入、精神压力、工作环境等因素与工作质量、工作态度及医患间不愉快情况及应对等医患关系的医方因素之间存在诸多密切关联。结论合理安排医生工作时间及收入,改善工作环境,加强对医生的人文关怀。
Objective To explore how practice environment attributes to doctor-related factors in doctor-patient relationship. Methods We withdrew 437 doctors from 4 hospitals citywide using self-designed questionnaires and used spearman correlation analysis,chi-square test and logistic regression to analyze the data. Results Work arrangement and income,along with stress and practice environment play roles in impacting factors on hospital side in doctor-patient relationship,like doctors' service quality,attitude,conflicts with patients,respective responses and so on. Conclusion Defining doctors and nurses' working schedule with proper income,strengthening practice environment enhancement and humanistic care should be taken into consideration.
