摘要
目的了解医生对设立“中国医师节”的态度,并探讨其影响因素。方法通过网络调查,共收集367份问卷。结果认知态度方面,医生对设立“中国医师节”10个方面意义的认同度均在60%以上;情感态度方面,62. 1%的医生对医师节的设立感到高兴。多重线性回归分析结果显示,知道为什么将8月19日定为医师节、所在单位开展了《中国医师宣言》宣誓活动的医生对医师节有更积极的态度;此外,年龄、性别、学历也会影响医师节的态度。结论医生对设立“中国医师节”意义普遍持有积极的态度,但仍有提升的空间。加强对医师节的宣传,提高医生对医师节的认识,积极开展《中国医师宣言》宣誓等仪式性活动有利于激发医生对医师节的积极情感,提高医师节的认同度。此外,要切实改善医生的职业现状以更好地实现设立医师节的初衷。
Objective The research is aimed to understand the attitude of the doctors to the establishment of China's Medical Workers’Day and to explore the influencing factors.Methods A total of 367 electronic questionnaires were collected by online survey.Results In terms of cognitive attitude,more than 60%of the doctors agree with the ten statements regarding the significance of the establishment of China's Medical Workers’Day.In terms of emotional attitude,62.1 percent feel happy about its establishment.The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the doctors who know the reason why August 19 was designated as China's Medical Workers’Day and the doctors whose units have carried out the Declaration of Chinese Doctors oath activity have a more positive attitude towards China s Medical Workers’Day.In addition,age,gender and education background also influence their attitude towards China's Medical Workers’Day.Conclusion Doctors generally hold a positive attitude towards the establishment of China's Medical Workers’Day and there is still room for improvement.In order to stimulate the positive emotion and improve the recognition of doctors towards China's Medical Workers’Day,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of it,to raise doctors’awareness,and to actively carry out the celebration activities such as Declaration of Chinese Doctors oath-taking activity.In addition,it is also significant to improve the professional status of doctors so as to achieve the original intention of the establishment of China's Medical Workers’Day.
