摘要
基于校训是一所学校的文化名片,是大学精神的集中体现,以南京工业职业技术学院的校训为研究对象,探究了校训的精神实质及其对学校发展的意义,并从与时俱进丰富校训内涵、行文化立校之路、走创新之路和谋和谐之事几个方面,探寻了新时期继承和弘扬校训精神的路径。
Based on the fact that school motto is a cultural card of a school, a concentrated expression of the college spirit. Taking the school motto of Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology as the research object, this paper explores the spiritual essence of the school motto and its significance to the development of the school, and from such aspects as enriching its content along with thetimes, taking road to establishing a school of culture, the road to innovation, and the pursuit of harmony, the paper have explored the path of inheriting andpromoting the spirit of school motto in the new era.
