摘要
目的探讨针刺联合康复训练对脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽困难的治疗作用。方法根据随机数字表法对2016年6月—2018年1月90例脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽困难患者分成不同组。对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组则给予康复训练联合针刺治疗。比较两组脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽困难治疗效果;住院时间。结果观察组脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽困难治疗效果高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组住院时间短于对照组,P <0.05。结论康复训练联合针刺治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽困难的应用效果确切,可有效促进吞咽功能改善,进而提升患者日常自理能力和生活质量,可缩短住院时间,加速康复。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on dysphagia after pseudobulbar palsy in patients with stroke. Methods According to the random number table method, 90 patients with pseudobulbar dysphagia after stroke from June 2016 to January 2018 were divided into diferent groups. The control group was given rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture treatment. The therapeutic efects and hospitalization time of two groups of patients with dysphagia after stroke were compared. Results The treatment effect of dysphagia after pseudo-ball paralysis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05. The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation combined with acupuncture on the treatment of dysphagia in patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke is definite, which can effectively promote the improvement of swallowing function, improve the daily self-care ability and quality of life of patients, shorten the hospitalization time and accelerating the recovery.
