摘要
目的:验证眼针结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的临床效果。方法:将60例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者随机分入治疗组和对照组,治疗组予眼针结合康复训练治疗,对照组予传统针刺加康复训练治疗。采用洼田饮水试验评价量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表、改良Barthel指数评估量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对两组患者治疗前后进行评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后洼田饮水试验评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分均明显改善(均P<0.05),且治疗组均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眼针结合康复训练能有效改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能,提高患者的生活质量,对脑卒中后患者的整体康复意义深远。
Objective：To verify the clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods ：60 cases with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided in- to a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated by eye acupuncture combined with re- habilitation training, and the control group was treated by traditional acupuncture plus rehabilitation training. The Watian drinking water test evaluation table, Fugl Meyer motor function score, modified Barthel index as- sessment scale, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） were used before and after treatment. The patients in two groups were evaluated. Compare two groups according to the clinical effi- cacy. Results：After treatment, in two groups Watian water test score, Fugl Meyer assessment and Barthel score, HAMD score, the score of PSQI were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the treatment group was signifi- cantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group the total efficiency was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effec- tively improve the swallowing function of patients with stroke, and can improve the quality of life for patients. It has a far - reaching significance for the recovery of patients with stroke.
