摘要
在构建"战略导向-组织学习-商业模式创新"的基本概念模型和提出相关假设后,基于202份有效样本数据,综合运用因子分析、多元回归分析等实证研究方法发现,(1)不同的战略导向、组织学习方式对商业模式创新均有显著的正向影响;(2)同时追求利用式学习和探索式学习的高水平运营并不利于商业模式创新;(3)在战略导向对商业模式创新的影响过程中,探索式学习和利用式学习都具有中介作用。
After building the basic model of " strategic orientation - organizational learning - business model innova- tion" and putting forward relevant hypotheses, the method of factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to validate the conceptual model and the hypotheses of the study based on 202 valid sample data. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows : ( 1 ) Different strategic orientation and organizational learning methods have a significant positive im- pact on business model innovation. (2) At the same time, the pursuit of high level of use of learning and exploratory learning is not conducive to business model innovation. (3) In the process of strategic orientation on business model inno- vation, exploitative learning and exploratory learning all play a mediating role.
