摘要
目的观察基于微信平台的垂直护理模式在肝癌介入术后护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年11月至2017年6月收治的肝癌介入术160例肝癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组给予常规电话随访、病友联谊会等垂直护理,观察组采用基于微信平台的垂直护理模式,连续干预6个月,比较两组患者疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者6分以上的疼痛例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),便秘、排尿困难、恶心呕吐及胸闷等并发症发生率也显著低于对照组。结论基于微信平台的垂直护理模式有助于可提高肝癌介入治疗后患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the practical effect of vertical nursing mode based on WeChat system for patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy. Methods A total of 160 patients with liver cancer, who were admitted to authors＇ hospital during the period from November 2015 to June 2017 to receive interventional therapy, were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group, with 80 patients in each group. The patients of the control group received vertical nursing care through regular telephone call, patient sodality, etc., while the patients of the observation group received vertical nursing care based on WeChat system; all patients were followed up for 6 months. The degree of pain and the incidence of complications were recorded, and the results were compared between the two groups. Results The number of patients with pain score 〉6 points in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group （P〈O.05）, and the incidence of complications such as constipation, dysuria, nausea and vomiting, chest tightness, etc. in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The execution of vertical nursing mode based on WeChat system is helpful for improving the quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.
