摘要
由于相关管理法规缺失,标准体系未建立,导致无人机的发展前景堪忧。本文阐述了无人机系统的发展和无人机系统标准的现状,通过对《无人驾驶航空器系统标准体系建设指南(2017—2018年版)》的梳理,分析了无人机系统标准体系建立健全的目标以及各类标准的制定的相关问题。
Due to the lack of relevant regulations and failure to establish a standard system, the prospect of UAV is worrying. This paper describes the development of UAV and the status of UAV standard, and coordinates the contents of the Guide for the Construction of the UAV Standard System（2017-2018 Edition）, and analyzes the establishment of UAV standard system and the related problems of all kinds of UAV standards.
