摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合雌孕激素对卵巢早衰患者卵巢血流状态及性激素水平的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2016年9月廉江市妇幼保健院收治的卵巢早衰患者78例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组39例,对照组患者服用雌孕激素进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、卵巢血流状态及性激素水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.87%)明显较对照组(71.79%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者卵巢血流状态、性激素指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者卵巢阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、血流流速峰值(PSV)均明显改善,且观察组RI、PI均较对照组低,PSV较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显改善,且观察组E2水平较对照组高,FSH、LH水平均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用坤泰胶囊联合雌孕激素治疗可有效改善卵巢早衰患者卵巢血流状态,调节性激素水平,提高治疗有效率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with estrogen and progesterone on ovarian blood flow and sex hormone level in patients with premature ovarian failure（POF）.Methods 78 POF patients in Lianjiang maternal and child health hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was given estrogen and progesterone,while observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule based on control group.The curative effect,ovarian blood flow status and sex hormone level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group（94.87%）was higher than control group（71.79%）（P〈0.05）;Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the ovarian blood flow status and sex hormone level between the two groups（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the RI,PI and PSV in two groups improved,the RI and PI of observation group were lower than those of control group,while the PSV of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the E2,FSH,LH levels of two groups improved,and the E2 level of observation group was higher than that of control group,while the levels of FSH and LH in observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with estrogen and progesterone in treatment of POF can effectively improve ovarian blood flow status,regulate sex hormone level and increase curative effective rate.
