摘要
清华大学作为首批具有社会工作硕士专业学位授予点的院校,五年来在培养目标、培养环节和质量保障方面达到了预期效果,已培养出一批既有较强理论分析,又有较强社会工作能力的高层次、复合式、应用型社会工作专业人才。面对新时代的社工专业硕士人才培养挑战,生源不够充分和丰富、培养不够专业和规范、质量不够稳定和卓越的问题,需要通过招生选拔方式的改变、专业力量的加大和建立独立稳定的评价体系、坚持遵循社会工作价值准则等方面完善和提升。今后仍将面向国家需求,加快社工人才培养,立足清华特色,争取引领中国社工发展。
Tsinghua University, as one of the first institutions with a master＇s degree in social work, achieved its anticipated results in terms of training objectives, curriculum design, and quality assurance over the past five years. It has cultivated a number of social work professionals with strong analytical and practical skills and high-level, multiple qualifications. Faced with the challenge of training more social work professionals in the new era, the problems of insufficient and undiversified sources of applicants, low level of professionalization and standardization, and instability of quality or excellence should be solved by improving the admissions methods, increasing professional strength and establishing independent and stable evaluation system, adhering to the social work value standards and other aspects. In the future, we will continue to face the needs of the country, accelerate the training of social workers, and strive to establish the characteristics of Tsinghua University and lead the development of social workers in China.
