摘要
目的：了解老年眼部疾病患者家庭关怀度现状,并分析患者家庭关怀度与自我负担及心理健康的相关性。方法：选择2016年9月-2017年8月在我院眼科进行治疗的214例眼部疾病患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、自我负担量表以及症状自评量表对患者进行评定。结果：老年眼部疾病患者家庭关怀度总分为（7.59±1.62）分,其中家庭功能良好占75.23%,中度障碍占15.89%,重度障碍占8.88%。老年眼部疾病患者SPB得分为（32.15±4.36）分,其中经济负担得分为（3.48±1.26）分,情感负担得分为（12.63±1.73）分,身体负担得分为（16.04±2.37）分。老年眼部疾病患者SCL-90总分为（136.38±48.25）分,高于中国常模,差异有统计学意义（t=2.894,P〈0.05）。老年眼部疾病患者家庭关怀度及其各维度与SPB呈负相关（r=-0.474^-0.356,P〈0.05）,家庭关怀度及其各维度与心理健康呈负相关（r=-0.395^-0.287,P〈0.05）。结论：老年眼部疾病患者家庭关怀度不容乐观,提高患者家庭关怀度,可有效降低患者自我负担,提高患者心理健康水平。
Objective：To understand the status of family care in the elderly patients with ocular diseases,and analyze the relationship between the degree of family care and self burden and mental health.Methods：A total of 214 patients with ocular diseases treated in our department of ophthalmology were selected as subjects from September 2016 to August 2017.The patients were evaluated by the self-designed general data questionnaire,the family care index questionnaire,the self burden scale and the symptom checklist 90.Results：The total score of family care for elderly patients with ocular diseases was（ 7.59±1.62）,of which 75.23% of family functions were good,15.89% had moderate disorders,and 8.88% had severe disorders.The SPB score of elderly patients with ocular diseases was（ 32.15±4.36）,of which the economic burden score was（3.48±1.26）,the emotional burden score was（12.63±1.73）,and the body burden score was（16.04±2.37）.The total score of SCL-90 in the elderly patients with ocular diseases was（ 136.38±48.25） scores,which was higher than the Chinese norm,（t= 2.894,P〈0.05）.Family care and its dimensions were negatively correlated with SPB in elderly patients with ocular diseases（ r =-0.474 ^-0.356,P〈0.05）,family care and their dimensions were negatively correlated with mental health（ r =-0.395 ^-0.287,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The family care of elderly patients with ocular diseases is not optimistic,To improve the degree of family care of elderly patients can effectively reduce their self burden,improve their mental health level.
