摘要
啤酒加工技术实训是生物技术专业的一门实践性很强的课程,但原有考核方式存在很多弊端。本文通过分析该课程原有考核方式的弊端,提出了考试改革方案并进行实践,实施效果良好。
Beer processing technology training is a highly practical course for biotechnology, but there are many disadvan-tages to the original assessment method. This article analyzes the drawbacks of the original assessment method of the course, puts forward the examination reform program and carries out the practice, and the implementation effect is good.
