摘要 针对厚壁大型容器或储罐的立向上窄间隙焊接,提出了一种摇动电弧窄间隙立向上MAG焊接技术,以空心轴步进电动机直接带动折弯导电杆摇动,带动从导电嘴中送出的带有电弧的焊丝在坡口内作圆弧形摇动,并在坡口侧壁作一定时间停留,以达到改善坡口两侧壁熔深的目的,同时保证焊缝在立向上状态下自由成形。焊接试验结果表明:该技术能在立向上焊接时获得良好的焊缝成形,也能形成一定的侧壁熔深;多层焊试验时,焊缝成形良好,达到了减少熔敷金属量,提高焊接效率的目的。 A vertical-up swing arc narrow gap MAG welding technology is proposed for vertical-up narrow gap welding of thick-walled large containers or tanks. The hollow shaft stepping motor directly drives the bending electrode rod to swing, and then to swing circularly the are at the end of the electrode wire stretehed from contact tip. Once the are approaches to any sidewall of the groove, it will stop swing for given time, so as to increase the penetration into the sidewall while ensuring a good free formation of vertical-up weld. The welding test results show that this technique can obtain good free formation and insure sidewall penetration in vertical-up welding. In the multi-layer welding test, good weld formation is obtained, and which can reduce the amount of deposited metal and improve the welding efficiency.
