摘要
针对机械复合管的焊接难题,探讨了三种主要焊接工艺及质量控制,分别从坡口形式、焊接顺序、焊接方法、焊接材料及焊接过程等方面详细介绍和综合分析每种焊接工艺,指出直接焊接法和端部封焊法存在焊接难度大、焊接缺陷多和焊接质量难以保证等问题,而端部堆焊法利用冶金原理解决机械复合管的焊接问题才是未来机械复合管焊接的发展方向。最后在端部堆焊法的基础上提出一种改进的焊接工艺,以期为提高机械复合管的焊接质量提供参考。
For the problems of mechanical composite pipe welding, three main welding technologies and their quality control are discussed. Each welding technology is described and analyzed comprehensively in terms of groove type, welding sequence, welding method, welding materials and welding process and so on. It is found that the direct welding method and end seal welding method have some problems, such as the big difficulty of welding, many welding defects and difficulty in guaranteeing welding quality. The welding problems of the meehanical composite pipe can not be fundamentally solved through above welding methods, whereas the end welding method can solves these problems by utilizing metallurgical principle, which is the development direction of mechanical composite pipe welding. An improved welding technology based on the end surfacing method is also put forward to provide some references for improving the welding quality of mechanical composite pipe.
