摘要
美国社区学院的国际化是在其自身历史推动、经济发展需要、教育要求和政治推动等多方面因素影响下发展的。其21世纪以来采用的"全面国际化"发展策略主要包括明确发展理念和完善组织管理、促进师生国际流动、加强课程国际化建设和国际交流合作等,目前在许多方面取得了较大进步,如整体国际化水平提高、发展速度加快、涌现出一批国际化发展程度较高的院校等。同时,受社区学院"服务当地"办学性质影响,美国社区学院国际化发展也受到传统观念、师资组成、生源特点和资金不足等因素的制约。
The internationalization of community colleges in the US is under the influence of many factors such as their own history promotion, economic development needs, education requirements and political promotion. The ＂comprehensive internationalization＂ development strategy adopted since the 21 st century mainly includes articulating the development commitment and strengthening the organization and management, promoting the international mobility of teachers and students, internationalizing the curriculum and promoting exchanges and cooperation with international organizations. At present, it has made great progress in many aspects. For example, the overall level of internationalization is higher, the pace of development is accelerating, and a number of colleges with higher degree of international development have emerged. At the same time, affected by the nature of ＂serving the locality＂, the internationalization of community colleges in the US is also constrained by traditional concepts, the composition of teachers, the characteristics of students, and lack of funding.
