摘要
光纤的几何参数是评价光纤质量的重要指标。以近场光分布法为基础进行光纤几何参数测量,是目前常用的一种非接触测量方法。但在测量过程中,若光纤端面切割不平整或照明光源有波动,直接采取边缘拟合及灰度值进行计算,会产生较大的测量误差。使用Canny算子提取光纤端面的边缘,将其所围进行区域二值化滤波,利用形态学方法与运算获得光纤的几何参数,能消除由于光照不均或切割粗糙带来的误差影响。
The geometric parameter of optical fiber is an important index for evaluating optical fiber's quality.Optical fiber geometry parameter measurement based on near-field light distribution method is a high-speed non-contact measurement.During the measurement,if the lighting source is fluctuating or the optical fiber end face is not smooth,large measurement errors will be taken place when the edge fitting or grayscale binarization is taken to measure.The edge of the optical fiber end surface is used as the limiting condition for the region binarization,and the geometry parameters of optical fiber were obtained by morphological processing and operation.The integral effect of the equivalent area is used to eliminate the error effects due to the uneven illumination or the roughness of the cut.
