铝合金薄板凸焊应力场有限元分析

摘要 采用有限元仿真软件simufact-welding对6063铝合金薄板进行凸焊过程中应力场分布及变化趋势的有限元仿真.研究了焊点区域在凸焊过程中的应力场变化以及凸焊筋顶点随时间变化的位移曲线及等效应力.研究结果表明,通过与实验中凸焊筋的压溃过程以及焊核大小相对比,发现本模型能够较为准确地模拟实际凸焊过程,为后续研究提供理论和方法的指导. By using the finite element simulation software simufact-welding,the finite element simulation analysis on stress field distribution and variation trend of 6063 aluminum alloy sheet during projection welding is carried out in this paper. The change of stress field in the solder joint area during the projection welding process,and the displacement curve and the equivalent stress of the projection along the time are studied. The results show that,compared with the crushing process of the convex welded bar and the size of the weld core in the experiment,this model can simulate the actual convex welding process more accurately,and which provides the guidance for the theory and method for the subsequent research.
