摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析系统 ,建立了用于点焊瞬态热过程分析的电热耦合有限元模型 .分析中考虑了随温度变化的材料特性参数、相变问题以及对流边界条件等 ,对点焊过程中的接触问题进行了适当简化 ,以避免耗时的迭代算法 .通过对低碳钢薄板的分析 ,得到了整个焊接过程的热历程以及焊件各部位的温度分布 ,并且可以求得焊核及热影响区的形状和尺寸 ,同时本模型也可用于其它材料的点焊过程分析.
A thermoelectric FEM model is developed to analyze the transient thermal behavior of resistance spot welding process, using ANSYS program. The contact problem is moderately simplified to avoid the time consuming iterate algorithm, while the temperature dependent material properties, phase change and convectional boundary conditions are taken into account in the model. The thermal history of the whole process and the temperature distributions in the weldment of mild steel are obtained through the analysis. The model can also predict the size of welding nugget and HAZ, and can be applied to spot welding of other metal materials.
