摘要
为充分发挥审计在基层央行前瞻性和建设性作用,本文研究构建了审计预警机制,探讨了其在基层央行的运用实践,建议逐步构建全方位预警指标体系、借助信息化手段实现实时预警、逐步形成对警情跟踪问效的联动机制。
In order to give full play to the forward-looking and constructive role of audit in grassroots central banks, the paper pro-poses to establish an audit early-warning mechanism, theory and method of active epidemic prevention for the purpose of enabling grassroots central banks to respond to and deal with early warning signals in time so as to play the role of auditing in preventing risks.
