摘要
目的探讨血浆和肽素水平与快速心房纤颤的关系。方法 90例快速心房纤颤患者作为快速心房纤颤组,其中,阵发性心房纤颤31例(阵发性心房纤颤组),持续性心房纤颤32例(持续性心房纤颤组),永久性心房纤颤27例(永久性心房纤颤组)。选择同期29例正常非心房纤颤患者作为对照组,比较快速心房纤颤组、各亚组及对照组患者的和肽素水平。结果快速心房纤颤组患者和肽素水平为(11.06±3.42)pmol/L,高于对照组的(6.05±0.48)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阵发性心房纤颤组、持续性心房纤颤组、永久性心房纤颤组和肽素水平均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阵发性心房纤颤组患者转复心律前、转复后6 h的和肽素水平分别为(8.84±2.13)、(6.81±1.06)pmol/L。转复后6 h的和肽素水平显著低于转复心律前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和肽素与快速心房纤颤具有相关性,有望作为心房纤颤病情诊疗的标志物。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma Copeptin level and rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 90 patients with rapid atrial fibrillation were selected as the rapid atrial fibrillation group, including 31 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group）, 32 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation（persistent atrial fibrillation group）, and 27 patients with permanent atrial fibrillation（permanent atrial fibrillation group）. 29 normal non atrial fibrillation patients in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of Copeptin among patients with rapid atrial fibrillation, subgroups and control group were compared. Results The Copeptin level of rapid atrial fibrillation group was（11.06± 3.42） pmol/L, which was significantly higher than（6.05±0.48） pmol/L of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The levels of Copeptin in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group, persistent atrial fibrillation group and permanent atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The Copeptin level of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group before cardioversion, 6 h after cardioversion were（8.84±2.13） pmol/L and（6.81±1.06） pmol/L respectively, the Copeptin level after cardioversion was significantly lower than that before cardioversion, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Copeptin is correlated with rapid atrial fibrillation, it is expected to be a marker for diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
