摘要
目的评价延续性护理在喉癌术后出院随访中的应用价值。方法选取2015年7月至2018年6月医院收治的喉癌患者84例,根据住院顺序分组,观察组与对照组各入组42例,分别给予常规的护理、延续性护理干预。结果观察组6个月KPS评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,6个月后体重较出院前丢失率、HMAD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可提高喉癌术后疾病管理质量。
Objective To evaluate the value of continuity nursing in postoperative follow-up of laryngeal cancer patients. Methods 84 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted from July 2015 to June 2018 were selected,grouped according to the order of hospitalization,there were 42 cases in the observation group and the control group, routine nursing and continuity nursing intervention were given respectively. Results The KPS score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months,after 6 months, the weight loss rate and HMAD score were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve the quality of postoperative disease management of laryngeal cancer.
