摘要
目的研究住院患者应用追踪检查方法实施防跌倒管理的实践效果。方法以2016年1月至2016年12月收治的125例跌倒患者为对照组,未实行追踪检测法;以2017年1月至2017年12月,即实行追踪检查法后的90例跌倒患者为研究组;通过分析两组患者失效模式RPN分值及跌伤发生率与损伤率之间的差异,采用追踪检查法执行防跌倒管理,构建综合管理体系,制定相应的改进措施,并分析其临床实践效果与应用价值。结果研究组跌倒发生率显著低于对照组,健康知识知晓率及综合满意度显著高于对照组,遵医行为显著优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论住院患者应用追踪检查方法实施防跌倒管理具有十分显著的实践效果,对住院患者降低跌倒发生率有十分积极的影响,优化管理效果,降低安全风险,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of the application of follow up examination method to prevent fall management in inpatients. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 125 patients with falls were treated as the control group without follow-up test; From January 2017 to December 2017, 90 patients who fell after the follow-up examination method were used as the study group. The RPN scores and the incidence of fall injuries were analyzed in the two groups of patients’ failure modes. The difference between the damage rate, the follow up method is used to carry out the management of the fall prevention, the comprehensive management system is constructed, the corresponding improvement measures are made, and the clinical practice effect and the application value are analyzed. Results The incidence of fall in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The awareness rate of health knowledge and comprehensive satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group. The compliance behavior was significantly better than that of the control group, P〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion the application of tracing method in hospitalized patients has very significant practical effect.It is worth popularizing to optimize the management effect, reduce the safety risk and improve the quality of life of the patients.
