摘要
在道面混凝土中加入橡胶颗粒,可以改善混凝土的工程特性。橡胶颗粒本身具有很大的弹性变形能力,能够有效地提高路面的延性,改善道路使用性能。通过大量试验,探究了在道面混凝土中掺加橡胶颗粒掺量与橡胶目数对其的基本力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,橡胶颗粒的掺入对道面混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度有显著影响。在相同掺量下,橡胶颗粒的粒径越小,道面混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度越高,韧性越大。同时,橡胶颗粒可以有效减小道面混凝土的脆性指数,使混凝土破坏形态表现出明显的塑性特征。
The mixingofrubber particles intothe pavement concrete can improve the engineeringcharacteristics of concrete. The rubber particle itself has the great elastic deformation capacity, can effectively improve the pavement ductility and improve the pavement performance of road. The article explores the influence of rubber particles mixed into pavement concrete and the rubber mesh number on its basic mechanical property through a lot of tests. The test result shows that the mixing of rubber particles into pavement concrete has obvious effect on the compressive strength and breaking strength. With the same dosage, the smaller is the rubber particle, the larger is the compressive strength and breaking strength of pavement concrete, and the higher is the toughness.At the same time, the rubber particle can effectively decrease the brittleness index of pavement concrete and make the failure formofconcrete appear the obvious plasticityfeature.
