摘要
通过对100多块橡胶混凝土和普通混凝土试件的劈裂抗拉试验研究,分析了2种混凝土浇筑间隔时间、黏结面处理方法、橡胶颗粒掺量和种类对2种混凝土间黏结性能的影响;研究了2种混凝土间劈拉强度与轴心抗拉强度的关系.研究结果表明:浇筑间隔时间、黏结面处理方法、橡胶颗粒掺量和种类对劈拉强度均有影响;不管采取何种措施,2种混凝土的黏结面都是抗拉破坏的薄弱环节;劈拉强度和轴心抗拉强度未呈明显的线性关系.
Based on the experimental study of splitting tensile of over one hundred specimens of rubberized concrete and common concrete,the effects of specific factors on the adhesive are analyzed.These factors are as follows: pouring interval time of two kind of concrete,method of interfacial treatment,volume fraction of rub grain and its type.The relation of splitting tensile strength and axial tensile strength of common concrete and rubberized concrete were also studied.The experimental results show that all the above factors have effect on the splitting tensile strength.And the bonding face is the most weak position in tensile test.And the relation between splitting tensile strength and axial tensile strength is not linear.
