摘要
2016年中央一号文件中明确提出:加强农业资源保护和高效利用,加快农业环境突出问题治理,加强农业生态保护和修复。禽畜废弃物的资源化利用既是保持大庆市文明城市和卫生城市的有效途径,也是践行中央发展方针的有利手段。大庆市禽畜粪便的资源化潜力巨大,资源化利用可以为大庆市节约资源,降低生产成本,增加经济效益。
The 2016 national document clearly stated： to strengthen the protection of agricultural resources and efficient use, strengthen the agricultural environmental management,strengthen the agricultural ecological protection and restoration. Livestock waste resource utilization was an effective way not only to maintain Daqing city as a civilized and hygienic city, but also practice the central policy favorable means.Resource potential in Daqing city was very large.Resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure could save resources, reduce production costs and increase economic benefits for Daqing city.
