规模化畜牧养殖废弃物处理的环境经济优化研究--基于生态经济模型的分析 被引量:25

Optimization of Environmental and Economic Effects in Waste Treatment of Intensive Livestock Production: an Analysis Based on“Ecological- economic”Model

摘要 畜牧养殖污染已成为农村面源污染的主要来源。如何通过改进废弃物处理方法和管理方式来改善养殖场的环境经济效益已成为养殖企业和环境管理部门所关注的重大现实问题。本文以一个规模化生猪养殖场为例,构建了一个整合的生态经济模型,模拟分析如何通过畜牧废弃物处理利用模式的选择和管理方式的优化,来改善养殖场及周边的环境经济效益。模拟结果显示,开展农牧结合,将粪肥适度还田并扩大还田面积,同时采用综合化的废弃物处理和资源化利用方式,将能够改善养殖场的整体经济效益和环境效益。然而,养殖场缺乏足够的经济激励进行废弃物处理和利用。因而,这需要政府相关部门运用综合的技术支持和经济扶持政策,来推动畜牧养殖生产的可持续性和环境友好型发展。 Livestock farming pollution is the main source of non-point source pollution in rural area of China. In practice, it's important to determine the technical optimization to ameliorate waste treatment methods to improve the economic and ecological effects of the livestock production. The authors developed an integrated "ecological--economic" model to simulate the impact of waste management improvements on economic and environmental benefits for the case of a pilot pig farm. The simulation results revealed that the economic-environmental benefits of the livestock farm would be improved by reasonable returning the manure applied in cropland and using integrated waste treatment technologies. However, the lack of sufficient economic incentive posed difficulty in waste disposal and utilization for intensive livestock farms. It implies that technological and economic support policies should be implemented comprehensively on waste management to promote sustainable development of intensive livestock production in China.
