摘要
探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠状动脉疾病(CAD)严重程度的相关性。方法:采用横断面研究设计,选取行冠脉造影的病例,以Gensini积分表示CAD严重程度,评估RDW和CAD的相关性。结果:共纳入1326例患者,经冠脉造影后诊断为冠状动脉疾病973例。冠状动脉疾病组红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、血细胞比容(Hct)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均高于非冠状动脉疾病组;按Gensini积分高低分成4组,其红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Gensini积分增加,RDW相应升高。多元线性回归分析结果显示,RDW与Gensini积分之间存在正相关关系(β=0.818,95%CI 0.360~1.276,P<0.001)。结论:RDW与CAD严重程度相关,RDW可能可以作为冠脉狭窄严重程度的一个预测因素。
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to collect patients were selected. The severity of CAD was evaluated by Gensini score and the correlation between RDW and CAD was evaluated. Results: A total of 1326 patients were included. Of which 973 patients were diagnosed as CAD. The levels of RDW, Hct and Hb in the CAD group were all higher than those in the non-CAD group; According to the Gensini score of CAD patients, they were divided into four sub-groups, and significant differences were found in levels of RDW and HDL among the four sub-groups (all P 〈0.05). Patient with higher Gensini score had a higher level of RDW. There was a positive correlation between the RDW and Gensini score (β=0.818, 95%CI 0.360 to 1.276, P 〈0.001) by the multivariate linear regression analysis. Conclusion: RDW is associated with the severity of CAD and increases with the severity of CAD. RDW may be a predictor for the severity of CAD.
