摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT对进展期胃癌患者术前分型分期的临床应用。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月间辽宁省营口市中心医院收治的39例进展期胃癌患者,采用64排螺旋CT行术前分型分期,比较64排螺旋CT判断与术后病理结果分型分期符合率情况。结果 64排螺旋CT将1例Ⅱ型患者误判为Ⅰ型,将3例Ⅲ型患者误判为Ⅱ型,1例Ⅳ型患者误判为Ⅲ型,CT判断大体分型符合率为87.2%;64排螺旋CT判断T、M和N期与病理结果符合率分别为84.6%、79.5%和94.9%。结论采用64排螺旋CT对进展期胃癌患者术前分型分期有很高的诊断作用,对临床判断具有重要意义,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of 64-row spiral CT in the preoperative classification and staging in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 39 patients with advanced gastric cancer who received treatment at Yingkou Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected. 64-slice spiral CT was used for preoperative classification and staging.Results in classification and staging between 64-slice spiral CT and postoperative pathology were compared. Results One patient with type Ⅱ gastric cancer was misjudged as type Ⅲ,3 patients with type Ⅲgastric cancer were misjudged as type Ⅱ,and 1 patient with type Ⅳ gastric cancer was misjudged as typeⅢ. In general,coincidence rate of CT was 87. 2%. The coincidence rate of 64-slice spiral CT with pathological test for T,M and N staging was 84. 6% 79. 5%,and 94. 9%. Conclusion The use of 64 row spiral CT has a very high diagnostic effect on the preoperative classification and staging of the patients with advanced gastric cancer. It is of great significance for clinical judgment and is worth popularizing.
