摘要
目的探讨全身中药熏洗+沐足在产妇产后康复护理中的临床应用效果。方法将2016年8月住院分娩的产妇随机选择500例,分为3组,水浴组100例(温水擦浴),沐足组100例(中药沐足)和复合组300例(全身中药熏洗+沐足),比较3组应用不同护理方法的产妇产后身体恢复效果评价(感觉舒服程度、阴道流血量、乳汁分泌始动时间和泌乳量)。结果为产妇进行全身中药熏洗+沐足后,产妇自我感觉非常舒服(χ~2=250. 020,P=0. 010),差异有统计学意义;子宫收缩好,阴道流血量少(χ~2=346. 200,P=0. 010),差异有统计学意义;泌乳快、量多(产后24 h、48 h、72 h评分,χ~2=108. 304,115. 183,90. 476,P=0. 030),差异有统计学意义。结论全身中药熏洗+沐足促进了产妇产后身体早日康复,提高产妇产后生活质量;早泌乳,乳汁量多,有利于母乳喂养,提高母乳喂养的成功率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of full - body herbal fumigation ＋ foot bath in the nursing techniques for postpartum rehabilitation. Methods The women who were hospitalized in August 2016 were randomly selected into 500 groups, divided into 3 groups, 100 in the water bath group （ warn1 water bath） , 100 in the foot group （ Chinese med icine foot） and 300 in the compound group （ systemic Chinese medicine fumigation ＋ Muzu） ; compare the evaluation of post partum body recovery effects of three groups of different nursing Methods （ feeling comfort, vaginal bleeding, milk secretion start time and lactation）. Results After the whole body- Chinese medicine fumigation and washing, the maternal self- feel- ing is ve^y comfortable, the difference is statistically significant （ Z2 = 250. 020, P = 0.010） ; the uterus contraction is good, the vaginal bleeding is small, the difference is statistically significant （Z2 = 346. 200, P = 0. 010） ; rapid lactation, large amount, the difference was statistically significant （24 h, 48 h, 72 h postpartum score, ~ = 108. 304, 115. 183, 90.476, P = 0.030）. Conclusion Whole body Chinese medicine fumigation and washing ＋ foot massage promotes the early recovery of maternal postpartum body, improve the quality of maternal postpartum life; early lactation, more milk, is conducive to breasffeeding, improve the success rate of breasffeeding, it is worthy of clinical application.
