摘要
目的探讨中药熏洗方在预防产后会阴切口感染中的临床效果。方法选取我院行会阴侧切术的自然分娩产妇作为本次研究的对象,将其随机平均分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组各125例。给予对照组产妇常规方法治疗,给予观察组中药熏洗方治疗。结果观察组的会阴切口肿胀发生率和会阴切口阳性率均明显低于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予行会阴侧切术的自然分娩产妇中药熏洗方治疗,取得较好的临床应用效果,有效的预防了产后会阴切口感染,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the clinical effect of prevention of postpartum perineal incision infection.Methods The natural childbirth puerpera in our hospital from perineal side incision as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 125 cases in each group. The control group was received routine treatment, the observation group was given herbal fumigation treatment.Results In the observation group, the positive rate of perineal incision sweling rate and perineum incision were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.ConclusionGiven a mediolateral episiotomy natural childbirth puerpera herbal fumigation treatment, has good clinical effect, effective prevention of postpartum perineal incision infection, it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
