摘要
目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合苯唑西林钠治疗葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床效果和安全性。方法选取驻马店市中心医院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征125例,随机分成对照组(62例)和治疗组(63例)。对照组患儿iv注射用苯唑西林钠,12.5 mg/kg加入少量灭菌注射用水,3次/d;治疗组患儿在对照组基础上肌内注射喜炎平注射液,10 mg/kg加入少量灭菌注射用水,2次/d。两组患儿连续治疗2周。观察两组患儿临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患儿临床指标改善情况、白细胞计数和白介素-6水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为82.26%、95.24%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组退热时间、尼氏征转阴时间、裸区干燥时间及疱疹消退时间均要显著短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞计数、白介素-6水平均显著降低,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组白细胞计数和白介素-6水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合苯唑西林钠治疗葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征疗效显著,安全性好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiyanping Injection combined with oxacillin sodium in treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. Methods Children（125 cases） with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome in Zhumadian Central Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control（62 cases） and treatment（63 cases） groups. Children in the control group were iv administered with Oxacillin Sodium for injection, 12.5 mg/kg added into moderate sterile water for injection, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were intramuscular injection administered with Xiyanping Injection on the basis of the control group, 10 mg/kg added into moderate sterile water for injection, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of clinical indicators, white blood cell count and interleukin-6 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 82.26% and 95.24%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the antipyretic time, Nikolsky’s sign negative conversion time, and drying time of bare area and herpes regression time in the treatment group after treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the white blood cell count and interleukin-6 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P 〈 0.05）. And the white blood cell count and interleukin-6 levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.
