摘要
由于沙特的市政工程项目一般有设计不及时、施工周期长、施工环境复杂等特点,以及在当今石油经济不景气的形势下,使得各项目在承揽及实施过程中有较大的风险。做好项目的风险分析和管控,不但能减少不必要的争端,而且还是间接增加项目收益的一种有效手段。从市政工程总承包商的角度论述了工程总承包项目全过程的风险分析和管控措施。为中资企业参与的其他项目提供参考。
As the Saudi municipal engineering projects generally possess the characteristics of delayed design, long construction period, complex construction environment, and depressed situation of the oil economy, it will bring more risks for each project in the bidding and construction process. The risk analysis and control of the project will not only reduce the unnecessary disputes, but also be an effective means to increase the project profit. From the point of view as the general contractor of the municipal engineering, the risk analysis and control measures of the whole process were discussed. It would provide reference for other Chinese-funded enterprises.
