摘要
提前退休是指在法定退休年龄之前,从长期工作岗位或职业路径离开,并伴随着心理契约水平降低的过程。在人口老龄化加剧的背景下,大规模的提前退休无疑给我国经济发展、社会养老体系和组织运行带来了巨大挑战。而目前国内对提前退休的研究均基于劳动经济学、劳动法的宏观视角,不能从根本上有效预防和减少提前退休行为的发生。提前退休作为一种个人决策行为,探讨员工提前退休的发生机制,在实践上将为企业影响个体的提前退休行为提供干预路径。本文对提前退休进行了界定和归类,归纳了提前退休发生机制的理论和实证研究,最后通过对所有相关研究深入讨论和分析,为未来我国开展相关研究提出了建议。
Early retirement refers to, withdrawal from a job or career path working for a long time before the official retirement age, accompanied by the process of psychological commitment Decreasing. Under the background of population aging intensifying, large-scale early retirement has brought huge challenges to the economic Development, social pension system and organizational operation. Current domestic researches on early retirement are based on the macro view of labor economics and labor laws, which cannot prevent and reduce the occurrence of early retirement fundamentally and effectively. As a kind of personal Decision-making behavior, early retirement will provide an intervention path for enterprises to influence individuals' early retirement behaviors. In this paper, early retirement is Defined and classified, then we summarize the theory and practice of early retirement mechanisms researches, finally, through discussion and analysis of all relevant studies, the future research directions were prospected.
