摘要
目的:观察辨证取穴结合灵龟八法针刺治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效及其与经络能量分析仪(M.E.A.D)经络检测结果的相关性。方法:将120例急性缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予常规治疗加辨证取穴结合灵龟八法治疗,对照组予常规治疗加辨证取穴针刺治疗,治疗前后对2组患者使用ADL量表进行评分、检测M.E.A.D经络能量值及进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗10d后,2组患者的临床疗效评分和ADL评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组患者的临床疗效评分和ADL评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者M.E.A.D经络能量值较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辨证取穴结合灵龟八法针刺治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效确切,M.E.A.D经络检测能量值对于辅助辨证及疗效评价有一定的参考意义。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation combined with Linggui Bafa in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its correlation with Meridian Energy Analysis Device（M.E.A.D）meridian measurement results.Methods：120 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group with conventional therapy plus acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation combined with Linggui Bafa,the control group with conventional therapy plus acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation.Before and after treatment,the 2 groups of patients used ADL scale score and detected M.E.A.D meridian measurement energy value to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results：10 days after treatment,the patients＇ s clinical efficacy scores and ADL scores were improved,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）,the scores of treatment group improved obviously than control group（P0.05）.The 2 groups patients＇ s meridian measurement energy values were improved significantly（P0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation combined with Linggui Bafa in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke was curative effect,M.E.A.D meridian measurement energy value for syndrome differentiation and curative effect evaluation is of certain reference significance.
