摘要
目的:探讨三元联动干预模式对轻度老年性痴呆患者康复的影响.方法:从社区老年人中筛查和诊断出轻度老年性痴呆(AD)患者42例,按照随机对照的原则,进入干预组的患者22例,进入对照组的患者20例,对照组给予常规医疗和护理指导,干预组在常规医疗护理指导的基础上,进行三元联动综合认知训练,同时在入组时及3、6、9、12个月后,对干预组和对照组进行简易智力量表测量(MMSE)及生活日常生活能力量表(ADL)量表的测量.结果:入组时所有量表评分在两组间无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),训练后干预组在疗效、ADL量表和MMSE量表改善方面均明显优于对照组,两组之间的有统计学差异(P <0. 05).结论:三元联动综合干预模式可显著改善轻度老年性痴呆患者的智力、认知和日常活动能力.
Objective:To explore the effect intervention mode of three-element linkage based on hospital-community-family to light senile dementia.Methods:Forty-two patients with light senile dementia were screened and diagnosed from the elderly people in the community.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group(22 cases)and control group(20 cases).The patients in control group were given routine medical treatment and nursing guidance,and those in intervention group were performed additional three-element linkage comprehensive cognitive training intervention together with the same treatment of control group.At the same time,the patients in both intervention group and control group were measured with mini mental state examination(MMSE)and activity of daily life(ADL)scaleat the beginning and the end of 3,6,9 and 12 months of study.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of both scales at the beginning of study(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect,ADL scale and MMSE scale of intervention group were significantly better than those of control group after the training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-element linkage comprehensive intervention mode can significantly improve intelligence,cognition and activities of daily living in patients with light senile dementia.
