摘要
目的探究对肛瘘患者采取的综合性围术期护理干预措施及效果。方法随机选取肛瘘患者560例,分为研究组和对照组,每组280例,于围术期对研究组患者应用综合性护理干预,于围术期对对照组应用常规护理,比较两组的效果。结果比起对照组患者,研究组患者在首次排尿时间、导尿、排便异常发生情况、住院时间以及患者满意度上更占有优势,两组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在围术期对肛瘘患者实施综合性护理干预,可以使护理更加全面,使护理的作用发挥更大,更值得应用和推广。
Objective To explore the comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention measures and results for patients with anal fistula.Methods A total of 560 patients with anal fistula were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group, with 280 cases in each group,patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing interventions during the perioperative period, and routine care was applied to the control group during the perioperative period,the effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with patients in the control group, patients in the study group were even more dominant in the time of first urination, catheterization, occurrence of bowel movement abnormalities, length of stay, and patient satisfaction,there was a statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with anal fistula during perioperative period can make nursing more comprehensive and make the role of nursing more important,it is more worth applying and popularizing.
