摘要
目的对肛瘘术后疼痛和尿潴留患者接受综合性护理的临床效果进行分析研究。方法根据2015年1月—2016年1月我院的40例肛瘘患者进行研究分析,将患者分成一般组和综合组,均有20例,一般组患者接受手术常规护理,综合组患者接受综合护理干预,对两组患者术后疼痛和尿潴留情况进行观察分析。结果一般组患者有40%轻度疼痛病例,35%中度疼痛病例,25%重度疼痛病例,综合组有65%轻度疼痛病例,25%中度疼痛病例,10%重度疼痛病例,两组患者轻度疼痛及重度疼痛情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者中度疼痛情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一般组有35%的患者出现了尿潴留情况,综合组有5%尿潴留病例,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛瘘术后疼痛和尿潴留患者临床中接受综合护理干预能够提升临床护理满意度,患者术后疼痛情况得到了缓解,尿潴留发生率也有所下降。
Objective The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain of anal fistula and urinary retention were studied to accept. Methods According to 40 cases of anal fistula in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 to carry on the research analysis, the patients were divided into normal group and combination group, 20 cases in each. The general group received routine nursing care, and the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The postoperative pain and urinary retention of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results patients have 40% cases of mild pain, moderate pain in 35% cases, 25% cases of severe pain, mild pain, comprehensive group of 65% cases, 25% cases of moderate pain, severe pain in 10% cases,Two groups of patients with mild pain and severe pain, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the pain of the patients in the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. In the general group, 35% of patients had urinary retention, and there was a total of 5% cases of urinary retention in the comprehensive group, and the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anal postoperative pain and urinary retention in patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical nursing satisfaction in patients, and postoperative pain was alleviated, the incidence of urinary retention was also decreased.
